These pieces have been created during a time of personal transition, “House and Garden I & II” reflect on the emotional weight of relocation — the decision to move closer to family, prompted by care responsibilities. The piece considers what makes a home: not just walls and rooms, but the objects that hold our stories.
The garden is central here: a place of growth, inheritance, and quiet labor. I am exploring the choreography between houseplants and household objects — how both shape the rhythm of domestic life. In this work, the home is not static but alive, layered with the textures of use: imprints and outlines of toys, plants and fabrics.
